kitchen : We
buy our ingredients with trained eye and love to
the detail, always fresh and special . Some of
our specialities are :
moonfish from the lemon grass-Chillie Sud, Monkfish
with Ruccolapesto, rabbit-strudel with cabbage,
Calf's fillet in a crust from basil and pine cores,
deliciously grilled steaks. These are only a few
examoples from our many sided kitchen. |

Our
small wine cellar offers a choice of exquisite wines. For celebrations we have a small lounge which can contain up to 25 persons. For bigger occasions to approx. 80 persons is also the complete Restaurant bookable! |
